Mexico, Jun. 16 (Notimex) .- Daniel Estebaranz, Ricardo Trejo, and the international chef Armando Prats, strategists of the San Miguel Food Festival (SNAFF, for its acronyms in Spanish) agreed that, this magical town of Guanajuato is positioned among the first places in the world in the matter of gastronomy.

The festival was born three years ago with the intention of sharing, so its organization and programming rests on three basic columns: The food market, with all the best of national, regional and international cuisine; good music and art.

To date, the festival has grown enough to reach its heart, that of San Miguel de Allende and the people who visit it, that is why, the promotional image of the SMAFF shows hearts of artichokes and other foods typical of the region. Thus making known what is produced here.
